Three checkpoints planned in the valley

CANFIELD (WYTV) — The Canfield post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol will hold a pair of OVI checkpoints tonight and tomorrow in Youngstown.

The first runs from 9 p.m. to midnight on state Route 7 at Chicago Avenue.
The second runs from midnight to 3 a.m. on South Avenue at Dewey.

Both checkpoints are being held in conjunction with saturation patrols to combat alcohol-related injury and fatal crashes.
