Struthers races past Campbell

Struthers opened the regular season with a 34-8 win over Campbell Thursday night.

The Wildcats held Campbell scoreless through the first three quarters, and held a 20-0 lead at halftime.

Struthers scored on its first offensive possession of the third quarter, when Christian Nemeth hit Anthony Clark on a 59-yard halfback-pass for a touchdown.

Auz Seifert led the Wildcats on the ground with 95 yards.  Quarterback A.J. Musolino tallied two touchdowns, and finished with 28 rushing yards.  He also completed 5-6 passes for 51 yards.

The Wildcats (1-0) visit Lakeview in week two, while the Red Devils (0-1) will host South Range.
