Wilmington overcomes Reynolds

Wilmington, Ohio (WYTV) – The Wilmington Greyhounds picked up their fourth win on the season on Friday night, topping visiting Reynolds 28-7.

Early in the first half, it was Kyle Slikcer from six yards out to put the Greyhounds up 7-0.

Then it was Cody Llewelyn from 10 yards out to put Wilmington up 14-0.

In the third quarter, the Raiders would cut the lead in half on an 80 yard kick off return by Dylan McDaniel, making it 14-7 Wilmington.

But, the Greyhounds would pad their lead later in the quarter on a Jake Sotter 16 yard touchdown run to make it 21-7 Wilmington.

Wilmington (4-1) will travel to Hickory next week.

Reynolds (2-4) travels to Greenville in week seven.
