Boardman, Ohio – Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC would like to announce the kick-off of Operation Santa Claus! The mission of Operation Santa Claus is to provide support to help the needy this holiday season and throughout the year. Sweeney created an online voting opportunity for the public to select this year’s beneficiaries. After 3 weeks of voting and more than 8,000 votes, they are pleased to announce the project will benefit the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley and the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign of Mahoning County.
Here’s how it will work:
From November 15 through December 31st, for every NEW Chevy sold at Sweeney, they will make a $50 donation to the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley. For every NEW Buick & GMC sold at Sweeney, they will make a $50 donation to the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign.
“Our goal is to raise awareness and donate anywhere between $10-$15,000 to each of these organizations to support the good work they do in our community.” –Doug Sweeney, President Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC.
