Crews extinguish small fire in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A fire on the east side of Youngstown took only minutes to extinguish Tuesday morning.

Flames broke out about 1 a.m. at a vacant house on the corner of Pearl Street and Charlotte Avenue.

The small fire was on the outside of the outdoor basement doorway. Investigators are checking into whether it was deliberately set.
