Wadsworth has advanced to the playoffs in back-to-back years for only the second time in school history (2013-14, 2002-03).

Last week, Daniel Weinerman ran for 107 yards on 29 carries and Adam Dennison completed 50% (7-14) of his passes in a 41-7 loss to Nordonia. Prior to that loss, the Grizzlies had won four straight including a 34-27 win over Copley in week nine.

Fitch has advanced to the post-season three consecutive years and four of the last five.

The Falcons have won five of their last six contests. Their two losses came in week three against Brunswick (41-27) and in Erie at McDowell in week nine (28-27). Fitch is 3-1 in games decided by 7 points or less.

Antwan Harris is 63 passing yards shy of 1,000 for the season. He’s already rushed for 1221 yards and 15 touchdowns. In six of the team’s nine games, Harris ran for over 100 yards including a 233-yard performance against Dover in week four. Tyler Hewlett has gone over the century mark twice in his last three games. Tyler is averaging 6.5 yards per carry this season.
