Yo. city water, sewer bills to go up

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – Youngstown sewer and water customers can expect their bill to go up.

The federal Environmental Protection Agency is ordering the city to spend nearly $150 million to not only upgrade the plant, but also control the runoff from Mill Creek Park.

City leaders said water customers can expect at least a two percent rate increase.
