WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – Warren City Schools will not release more information regarding a fight at Warren G. Harding High School last Wednesday, it announced Monday.
Warren City Schools issued a statement Monday, which read:
There is no new information or developments, and the district will not be providing any further information other than the investigation has been ongoing.
Out of respect for our students and their families, the district will not comment further on this incident. This incident is a student disciplinary issue and we choose not to comment on individual students or specific student discipline actions taken by the district.
The fight happened Dec. 10 near a bus pickup area. A student at Harding shot video of the brawl, which began with a couple of students in the bus exit on the backside of the school as students were waiting to go home.
All four school resource officers where at Harding Thursday to make sure everything went smooth during the day and at the end of the day. They were first to respond and helped get the kids under control quickly when the brawl broke out.
