WARREN, OH (WYTV)-The Harding Raiders used balanced scoring from their starting five to get the best of Poland Saturday night 65-60.
Both teams struggled shooting early on, and traded leads throughout the first half. Although outsized, Tate Duarte was able to find his way into the paint in the second quarter and give the Bulldogs a two-point lead in the middle of the quarter.
But the Raiders had 4 players in double-figures including Gabe Simpson who knocked down two 3’s in the third quarter that gave the Raiders a double-digit lead.
Dan Black led Poland with 16 points and Kyle Dixon chipped in 14.
