LIMA, Ohio (WYTV) — The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency says no contamination was detected after an oil refinery explosion yesterday northwest of Columbus.
The U.S. EPA, county officials and the company energy tested for several contaminants and couldn’t detect any outside the Lima plant.
The fire at the Husky Lima Refinery burned for more than 14 hours.
No one was hurt.
A company spokesman said damage assessment continues.
