Woman accused of leaving kids alone enters plea deal

Kacee moser entered a plea deal Tuesday feb 3

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A plea deal has been reached for a local woman accused of leaving her two kids home alone while strapped in car seats for 12 hours at a time.

Kacee Moser of Beaver Township now faces up to 6 years behind bars when she is sentenced in March.

A friend of Moser alerted police back in 2013 that the kids may not be supervised while their mom was at work.

Police went to the home and found her two children, 3 and 9 months, alone in the living room in their car seats.

Moser told police she had to go to work at a nursing home and didn’t have anyone to babysit her children.

Moser was still in the Mahoning County jail as of Tuesday afternoon.
