Man pleads guilty in bodily-fluid-in-soup case

John Cutlip indictment

STRUTHERS, Ohio (WYTV) – The man accused of placing bodily fluid in the soup of his employer has entered a guilty plea to two charges.

Court officials say John Cutlip, 27, of Liberty Township pleaded guilty to telephone harassment and criminal mischief Wednesday morning in Judge Sweeney’s courtroom.

The charges surround a March incident in which Cutlip is accused of videotaping himself performing a sex act, then putting bodily fluid into his former boss’s soup.

He faces up to a year in prison at his sentencing, which has not been set yet.
