Woman speaks out after viral Wal-Mart fight

The video of a tax worker and another woman in a Deer Park, Texas Wal-Mart goes viral.

DEER PARK, Texas (CNN) – A head-butt turned into a brawl between a shopper and a Wal-Mart employee last weekend and the video went viral.

The shopper who delivered the head-butt is speaking out.

“I hope I broke her nose. I hope she has two black eyes. I hope she remembers me for the rest of her life,” said Jessica Albitz.

Albitz said the fight was the end result of bad customer service during a tax session at the Jackson Hewitt location inside a Deer Park, Texas Wal-Mart Friday.

“She started talking trash at my husband,” Albitz said.

Albitz returned the next day and the woman was sitting behind a curtain and allegedly mumbled under her breath to Albitz.

“I turned around and said something back and she got out of her cubicle and chased me to the entrance,” Albitz said. “She spit in my face, calling my mother a (expletive). I’m sorry. I love my family and I’m going to take up for my people.”

Albitz head-butts the tax worker, and the whole incident is caught on cell-phone video.

The employee chose not to press charges against Albitz. However, she did get a trespass warning.

“For the remainder of my life, I am no longer allowed to go to Wal-Mart

Albitz said she has no regrets over the incident.

“I would do it all over again and harder, Albitz said.

Reporting station KPRC was unable to reach the tax worker for her side of the story. Jackson Hewitt said she has been placed on administrative leave.
