Hershey, PA (WYTV) – The Farrell boys basketball team fell to the Constitution Generals, 85-53 in the Class A State Championship Friday at the Giant Center.
The Generals started the game red hot, and led 31-4 after the first quarter. Farrell tried to mount a charge in the second half, but still trailed, 39-20 at halftime.
Constitution opened things up in the third quarter when they went on a 14-0 run to start the second half. The Generals went on to seal the deal and capture their third state title in four seasons.
Ahmad Gilbert led the Generals with 28 points and 11 rebounds.
Malik Miller paced the Steelers with 24 points, as Farrell finishes the season with a 24-5 overall record.
