Wind knocks out power in Trumbull county

WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – High winds brought down power lines in Trumbull County causing outages in Warren.

The lines came down around midnight Sunday near Route 422.

About 500 customers were left without service for a short time.

Ohio Edison made quick repairs and power was restored in just a few hours.

Another outage was reported on Hubbard-Masury Rd. It is not known what caused that service interruption. A few hundred customers are without power in that area. Ohio Edison’s outage map indicates that power should be restored there by 6:30 a.m. Monday.
