HUBBARD, Ohio (WYTV) – The dentists and staff at Braydich Dental in Hubbard are this week’s Hometown Heroes for giving back to the community .
From March until the end of June, Braydich Dental offers a teeth whitening program called Smiles for Charity. This program gives all of the proceeds from any $100 teeth whitening directly to a charity. This year, they are donating the money to the Warren’s Children’s Rehabilitation Center.
Marketing Director Danielle Arnold is proud to work for a company that cares about the community.
“It’s wonderful to work for a company that is so involved in the community and loves to pay it forward like that,” Arnold said. “Anybody that wants a whiter, brighter smile can come and we’ll go ahead and do custom fitted whitening trays and whitening gel for them.”
In addition to the Smiles for Charity program, Braydich Dental also offers Dentistry from the Heart, free dental care for those without dental insurance in October and free dental care for any veteran in November.
“It’s important to be a difference maker, to make a difference in someone’s life,” Dr. Rudy Braydich said.
Braydich thinks it’s important to give back to a community who has helped the practice.
“We realize that we’ve been really blessed with the success that we’ve had in our dental practice and we realize it’s based on our community helping us do that and so we feel we need to give back to the community,” Braydich said. “Everyone’s volunteering their time but everyone feels like it’s the best day of work, ever.”
The Smiles for Charity program was supposed to end June 30, but they have extended it until Tuesday.
