Surprise gas giveaway hosted in Liberty

LIBERTY, Ohio (WYTV) — Normally you will see many random acts of kindness around the holidays.
However,  the people of Victory Christian Center’s Liberty Campus had quite a charitable gift for some motorists Saturday morning.
They hosted a Gas Giveaway at the BP Gas Station on the corner of Belmont Avenue and Gypsy Lane.
They gave seven free gallons of gas to 100 cars — totaling over 700 gallons!

“People don’t expect something like this. People don’t expect free gas. The reality is this, it’s not going to change anyone’s life. We know that but it is a way of showing the love of Jesus Christ. That’s why we are here. A way of showing the love and really to say thank you to a community that’s been really good to us,” said Pastor Lock P. Beachum, Jr., Victory Christian Center Liberty Campus.

They selected seven gallons per car to commemorate the Pastor and his wife’s seventh anniversary at the Liberty campus.
