HOWLAND TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WYTV) – Hot rods and hot planes, together! They had both at the 3rd annual Wings-N-Wheels Show in Howland on Sunday.
Hundreds of classic cars and neat airplanes lined the runway at the Sloas Airfield on North River Road, just west of Route 46. They even had two World War II aircraft on display.
Attendees also got to check out the Ernie Hall Aviation Museum next door. It just opened last year.
Ernie Hall was a local aviator who owned a flight school for decades in the early 1900’s.
