LEAVITTSBURG, Ohio (WYTV) – Having shut out both opponents they’ve played this season and outscoring them 56-0, the Lakeview Bulldogs’ streak of scoreless football ended as they fell to LaBrae 21-7 on Friday night.
Trailing after giving up the first touchdown scored against them this season, Angelo Marino tied things up with a touchdown run in the second quarter.
In the third quarter, Keevon Harris took the ball at the Vikings’ own nine yard line and tore through the Lakeview defense, taking it 91 yards for the score and giving LaBrae the 14-7 lead.
The Vikings tacked on another score in the fourth to pick up their second win on the season, 21-7.
LaBrae (2-1) will travel to Campbell on Friday to take on the Red Devils.
Lakeview (2-1) hits the road to take on Hubbard in week four.
