Four arrested during raid in Rogers; drugs and handguns seized

ROGERS, Ohio (WYTV) — Four people were arrested and drugs and handguns seized following a raid on Dutchtown School Road Thursday night.

According to the Morning Journal, the Columbiana County Drug Task Force (DTF) announced late Thursday the task force and sheriff’s office, along with the county special response team, served a search warrant at 9494 Dutchtown School Road where they uncovered more than $1,800 in cash and more than $7,000 worth of drugs.

Arrested were Thomas Hight, 38, of Youngstown, Demetrius Lockett, 30, of Youngstown, Samantha Sisco, 26, of Rogers, and Michael Geibel, 32, of Chester, W.Va.

Hight and Lockett were charged with obstructing official business and weapons under disability while Sisco was arrested on an outstanding warrant through Columbiana County for theft and weapons under disability. Geibel was arrested on a warrant through Hancock County, W.Va. for domestic battery, according to a press release from the DTF.

Drugs seized in the raid were 24 grams of heroin, 24 grams of cocaine, marijuana, Buprenorphine and Xanax. Three handguns were also seized.
