YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A 19-year-old charged with aggravated murder was arraigned Friday in Youngstown Municipal Court.
Kimani Hodges entered no plea and asked for reasonable bond.
He was arrested Wednesday and charged with the murder of 20-year-old Jason Fonseca, who was shot multiple times on Ayers Street.
Investigators said there had been problems between the two men, and Hodges claims Fonseca stole a car from him.
The judge set Hodges’ bond at $1 million. Hodges remains in Mahoning County Jail.
