East Palestine fugitive arrested in Beaver County

BEAVER, Pa. (WYTV) – An East Palestine man, wanted in connection to a Columbiana County drug case, was arrested Monday by the Beaver County Sheriff’s Department.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of 28-year-old Franklin Alexander Quinones after he failed to appear for a case involving the manufacture and possession of methamphetamine, illegal assembly and possession of chemicals for the manufacturing of drugs, theft and forgery, according to the Beaver County Sheriff’s Department.

Quinones was arrested at the Beaver County Courthouse after appearing for a preliminary hearing on separate charges of unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, forgery and passing bad checks. Those charges were filed by the Rochester Borough and Monaca Borough police departments.

Quinones will be charged by the Beaver County Sheriff’s Department and is at Beaver County Jail, awaiting extradition to Ohio.
