SLIPPERY ROCK, PA (WYTV)-Kennedy Catholic is on to the District 10 title game after the Golden Eagles routed Rocky Grove 81-46 Tuesday night.
It was a tight game after one-quarter as the Orioles played KC close, trailing by just one point after the first quarter.
But Kennedy outscored RG 30-11 in the second quarter, paving their way to the big win.
The Golden Eagles had four players in double-figures led by senior Jason Austin who had 20 points while Channing Phillips had 16, Drew Magestro had 12 and Sagaba Konate had 10.
Kennedy will play Farrell on Friday in the District 10 Class “A” title game, it’s the 7th time the schools have met in just over a year.
