UNION TWP., Pa. (WYTV) – Police in Lawrence County are investigating a bank robbery that happened Monday afternoon.

Police were called just before 2 p.m. to the FirstMerit Bank on West State Street, where employees say a suspect showed a gun and demanded money.

The suspect left the bank in a black Cadillac CTS with black wheels, according to the Union Township Police Department, which is investigating.

The suspect is described as a middle-aged white man, approximately 5’6″ to 5’7″ tall and with a thin-to medium build.

Police said no one was injured during the robbery.
