Police: Drugs, cash recovered during East Liverpool search

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WYTV) – Drugs were discovered and charges are pending, following a search of an East Liverpool home on Tuesday, police said.

The search of a Riley Avenue home was conducted by the Columbiana County Drug Task Force, county Special Response Team and officers from the city police department, the Morning Journal reports.

Several people were ordered from the home. Police said 5.6 grams of heroin, digital scales and $900 in cash were confiscated.

Arrests are pending, according to the Morning Journal.

According to the county auditor’s website, the home is owned by Teresa Crane.
