Driver killed in Warren collision

WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – A driver of a pickup truck was killed following a crash Thursday on E. Market Street and Kenmore Avenue.

According to the Warren Tribune Chronicle, Warren Police Lt. Daniel Mason said the identity of the pickup driver will not be released pending notification. A passenger in the pickup was not hurt.

Police say the driver of the pickup truck went through a stop sign at Kenmore Avenue and hit a van that was traveling on E. Market Street. The truck was then pushed into a utility pole.

The pickup was hauling wood pallets, which spilled across the roadway.

Warren police are investigating the accident.
