WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – A Howland mother accused of creating unlivable living conditions for her children was in Warren Municipal Court Friday morning.

Loretta Price, 42, pleaded not guilty to child endangering charges.

Price was charged after a woman said she found Price’s 4-year-old child walking alone in a diaper along Howland Springs Road.

When police went to the family’s home, they said they found piles of trash, animals feces and rotting food in the house and called Trumbull County Children Services.

All four of Price’s children were removed from the house, and they cannot return there until Price’s hearing is scheduled.

Her bond was set today at $5,000. She was also ordered to cooperate with Children Services.
