MIDDLETON TWP., Ohio (WYTV) – The driver of a 2002 Ford Explorer was killed after his vehicle crashed on State Route 154, milepost 10 early Sunday morning.

Ohio State Highway Patrol says David Chaffin, 52, of Rogers was traveling westbound when his car went left of center and off the roadway. They say he struck a guardrail and culvert before partially overturning and hitting a tree.
