Great sources of OMEGA-3 can be found in:
- Fish; the number one source which contains EPA DHA, the most beneficial to health.
- Nuts, seeds, and olive oil; these contain alpha-lipoic acids.
Combining these two main sources together significantly increases the level of OMEGA-3 in our diet.
