WARREN TWP., Ohio (WYTV) – Investigators say they discovered a methamphetamine lab at a mobile home park in Warren Township.
Members of the Trumbull-Ashtabula Group Law Enforcement Task Force and the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office Clandestine Meth Response Team searched a home in the Villager Mobile Home Park on Monday. Police said they discovered several items used for making meth, which were seized.
Joshua Fackler, 30, was arrested and charged with assembly or possession of chemicals used to manufacture a controlled substance. Police said Fackler also had a warrant for criminal trespass.
Gary Berenics, 53, was arrested during the investigation for an unrelated theft warrant from Howland Township.
Berenics and Fackler were taken to Trumbull County Jail.
The TAG Law Enforcement Task Force is a multi-county agency that was formed by the Sheriffs in Trumbull and Ashtabula counties. The agencies focus on investigating drug traffickers, gangs, firearm traffickers and Homeland Security issues.
