NEW CASTLE, Pa. (WYTV) – State Rep. Chris Sainato, D-Lawrence, announced that New Castle was approved for a state grant to prepare a storm water management plan.

The city will receive $123,600 from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. The grant was approved under the provisions of the Municipalities Financial Recovery Act (Act 47).
