LIBERTY, Ohio (WYTV) – The Walmart on Belmont Avenue in Liberty was evacuated Wednesday evening following a bomb threat.
The store was evacuated just after 6 p.m. and didn’t reopen until 9 p.m.
Employees waited outside while three bomb dogs from YSU and Kent State searched the store.
Officers say they didn’t find anything inside.
A Walmart employee said this is not the first time the Liberty location has received a bomb threat.
