YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A threat evacuated several Youngstown businesses and a daycare.

Police say someone sent a suspicious letter to businesses in the plaza along Glenwood Avenue on Wednesday afternoon. The letter said there were explosives in the area.

Investigators searched the buildings and found no threat, but staff and children at a nearby daycare were forced outside for some time during the search.

The incident remains under investigation.
