Grand jury indicts Sebring man accused of touching young relative

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A Sebring man accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old female relative was indicted by a grand jury.

Sean Mills, 26, is charged with gross sexual imposition related to the alleged incident in May.

The girl’s mother called police after she awoke to her daughter crying. The girl said she woke up to a hand pulling away from her and her underwear on the floor across from her.

Mills told police he saw someone running out the back door afterwards, but officers found no signs of forced entry.

The girl later told police that Mills had touched her, and that she was afraid of him.
