PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WYTV) – A New Castle man has been sentenced to five years in jail for distributing crack cocaine.
Melvin Dorsey-Pace, 23, was sentenced in federal court Friday.
U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton said the conviction was a result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives; the Drug Enforcement Administration and other agencies. A wiretap investigation into drug trafficking linked Dorsey-Pace to the crime.
Prosecutors said he planned to transport the drugs from Buffalo, New York to New Castle.
