Youngstown YMCA president, CEO to resign in August

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – The president and CEO of Youngstown’s YMCA will be resigning from his position at the end of August.

The YMCA announced Friday that Timothy Hilk has accepted the president and CEO position at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland.

“The excellent leadership Tim has provided has positioned our YMCA to efficiently and effectively impact our community going forward,” said Board Chair Tom Gacse.

Board members said they are sad to see Hilk leave, but wish him the best.

Hilk’s last day in Youngstown will be August 31.
