Police said a woman witnessed a person in a blue and white truck dumping the garbage on the road east of Blue Water Manor, on Carson Salt Springs Road. The truck was pulling a trailer.

She took photos of the vehicle and attempted to get its license plate number, but was unable to do so, according to a police report.

Police went through the trash and were able to find an address in some of the papers. They went to the Lake Milton home and found a trailer, matching the photos taken by the woman. The truck was black and smelled of fresh paint.

A man who lived at the home admitted to dumping the trash and said he painted his truck black when he found out photos of his truck were on Facebook, linking him to the dumping.
