Man charged with running from crash after police chase in Youngstown

Police said Kenneth Price led them on a chase on I-680, flipped the car he was driving and ran from the crash site

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A driver who flipped his car over on Interstate 680 after leading police on a chase has been indicted by a grand jury.

Kenneth Price, 28, is charged with failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs. He also faces two counts of having weapons while under disability.

Police said Price had an arrest warrant for aggravated menacing and possession of drugs.

During the chase, officers said he went too fast around a curve and flipped the car he was driving.

Price ran away from the crash site near the I-680 on ramp off of Glenwood Avenue in Youngstown, but was found later in Oak Hill Cemetery, according to police.
