YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A man accused of selling drugs and leading officers on a chase in July was indicted by a grand jury Friday.
William Sullivan is charged with tampering with evidence, possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs and resisting arrest.
Police said they found him on W. Warren Avenue and he started running away, baggies of drugs falling out of his car.
They chased Sullivan and were able to catch him in a backyard on W. Evergreen Avenue, according to the police report.
Officers said they had to tase him several times to get him to spit out a baggie of drugs in his mouth.
