Crestview’s Hill debut at QB a success, Rebels roll


COLUMBIANA, Ohio (WYTV) – Crestview opens the 2016 season with a dominant performance over the visiting Collinwood Railroaders, 55-14. The Rebels finished with 21 first downs and tallied 409 total yards of offense (337 rushing).

Andrew Yanssens led the Rebel ground attack with 95 yards followed by Devin Turvey (68) and Caleb Hill (53). Hill was also efficient passing the football as he connected on 6 of 9 for 72 yards.

Collinwood’s Charles Hartson ran for 152 yards on 21 carries while also completing 5 passes for 73 stripes.
