Car hits, kills pedestrian in Neshannock

The southbound lane of Route 18 was shut down for about three hours overnight as police processed the scene

NESHANNOCK, Penn. (WYTV) – A 35-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by a car overnight.

Bruce G. Willis was on State Route 18 near Chapin Road when he was struck.

Police said the driver was traveling southbound when something struck his vehicle.

The southbound lane of Route 18 was shut down for about three hours overnight as police processed the scene.

The accident is still under investigation.
