Accident sends SUV onto its roof in Boardman

The accident happened about 7:53 a.m.Tuesday on Route 224, near near Mill Creek Boulevard

An accident in Boardman sent an SUV onto its roof.


BOARDMAN, Ohio (WYTV) – A driver from Boardman was cited, charged with causing an accident Tuesday morning during rush hour.

The accident happened at 7:53 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. 224, near the walking trail by Mill Creek Boulevard.

Ohio State Highway Patrol said Hollie Baun tried pulling out of a private driveway on to 224 when she collided with a Buick, flipping the SUV on its roof.

The other driver was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center for treatment, but investigators said the injuries were minor and no one was badly hurt.
