Cast of ‘The West Wing’ to campaign in Boardman for Clinton

Richard Schiff, Bradley Whitford, Joshua Malina and Mary McCormack will be in Boardman Saturday

MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio (WYTV) – Cast members from TV’s “The West Wing” will stop in the Mahoning Valley this weekend to campaign for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Actors Richard Schiff, Allison Janney, Bradley Whitford, Dulé Hill, Joshua Malina and Mary McCormack (Toby, C.J., Josh, Charlie, Will and Kate on the show) will be stopping at places across Ohio for the campaign on Saturday, Sept. 24 and Sunday, Sept. 25.

Malina, McCormack, Schiff and Whitford will be at Clinton’s campaign office in Boardman, located at 4927 Market St., Suite 6 at 10 a.m.  Saturday. Those interested in attending should RSVP on Clinton’s website.

The actors also plan to stop in Cleveland, Sandusky and Toledo on Saturday and Dayton and Columbus on Sunday.

The actors will discuss why they are supporting Clinton and urge Ohioans to register to vote ahead of the October 11 deadline.
