Boardman High School graduate premiers new album

The LP titled "Battle Cry" was produced and recorded by GRAMMY-nominated producer Scotty Wilbanks

A 2015 Boardman High School graduate is premiering his new album, which is available for download on iTunes, Apple Music and Spotify eye.

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WYTV) – A 2015 Boardman High School graduate is premiering his new album, which is available for download on iTunes, Apple Music and Spotify eye.

Elliott Didur is a singer, producer and guitar prodigy who recently premiered his LP titled “Battle Cry” and four-song anthology video in Nashville, Tennessee. He stopped by WYTV’s studio on Thursday to promote his music.

Didur’s 10-song LP was produced and recorded by GRAMMY-nominated producer, engineer and composer, Scotty Wilbanks. Artists on the album include Josh Reedy (bass), Chris Kimmerer (drums) from the band of 2015 CMA Best New Country Artist nominee Thomas Rhett. Players also included DecembeRadio’s Brian Bunn (electric guitar) and Chad Russel (acoustic guitar).

The anthology video tells the story of a young girl in crisis and the consequences of the choices she will back. A battle ensues for her future that will require traveling back to her past.

The 19 year old has been performing guitar since the age of 7 and performing on stages ranging from local clubs to 15,000 seat concert venues.
