WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – A Niles man accused of having child pornography in his Robbins Avenue home was sentenced to jail after pleading guilty to child pornography charges.

Richard Lisovitch, 32, was originally charged with 30 counts of pandering child sexually explicit material involving a minor, but he pleaded guilty to 20 of those charges as part of a plea deal.

He was sentenced to 180 days in jail followed by one year of house arrest after his release. Lisovitch will also spend five years on probation on the condition that he have no access to the internet for other media.

Lisovitch will also have to register as a sex offender and attend group sex offender treatment at his own expense. He is to have no contact with a child under the age of 18.

Any violation of his parole will result in up to 160 years in prison.
