WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – A man accused of setting fire to a merchandise stand at the Niles football stadium pleaded guilty to arson and breaking and entering charges on Thursday.

Ricky Mohn was arrested in August after police said he and three juveniles broke into Bo Rein Stadium and burned down the Red Dragon stand, run by parents of Niles students. He was initially charged with arson, two counts of breaking and entering and three counts of contributing to unruliness or delinquency.

A pre-sentencing investigation is underway, and a sentencing hearing has not yet been set, according to court records.
