Police: Shots fired into Warren home, neighbor sees fleeing car

WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) РShots were fired into a Warren home Thursday night, with a neighbor witnessing a car speeding away.

According to a police report, around 10 p.m., a woman inside a Ferndale Drive SW home said she heard about six shots fired at her house from the street. She said one bullet hit her house, and police found a single bullet hole in the siding.

A neighbor told police that the bullets came from in front of another Ferndale Drive home. When police checked the area, they found five spent bullet casings on the street and sidewalk.

According to the police report, the neighbor also said that, following the shots, a small white car with a loud muffler and three males inside sped off. The woman of the targeted Ferndale Drive home said that the vehicle is always in the area.
