11 Valley teams bound for OHSAA playoffs

Youngstown, OH (WYTV) –  The 2016 high school football regular season is in the books, and local teams are gearing up for the playoffs. According to Sports Team 27’s projections, 11 area teams are moving on to Week 11.

The official results will be released by the OHSAA Sunday at 3 PM. The match-ups below are subject to change based on forfeits, cancellations, and computer point differentials. The top 4 teams in each Region will host games next weekend, meaning Warren Harding, Cardinal Mooney, Springfield, South Range, LaBrae, and Warren JFK will all play at home in Week 11.

FRIDAY at 7:30 PM

Division 2:

Brecksville-Broadview Heights (8-2) vs. Warren Harding (9-1)

Division 4:

Hubbard (8-2) vs. Cardinal Mooney (7-2) 

Struthers (9-1) vs. Woodridge (10-0)

Division 6:

Columbia (8-2) vs. Springfield (8-2)

Lisbon (9-1) vs. St. Thomas Aquinas (8-2)


Division 3:

Howland (7-3) vs. Archbishop Hoban (9-1)

Division 5:

Garfield (7-3) vs. South Range (9-1) 

Wickliffe (8-2) vs. LaBrae (7-3) 

Division 7:

Jackson-Milton (7-3) vs. Mogadore (8-2)

Toronto (8-2) vs. Warren JFK (9-1)
