YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A former Campbell Memorial High School teacher, convicted of having sex with three students, has been released from prison early after serving just one year of her four-year sentence.

Shannon Pavlansky-Wojtowicz will serve five years of probation after the ruling by Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Krichbaum that she could be released from prison early. She will have to register as a tier 3 sex offender and undergo sex offender treatment, per the terms of her probation.

Pavlansky-Wojtowicz was convicted of having sex with three different students last year. The investigation began after police said she sent nude photos and suggestive text messages to the victims.

Pavlansky-Wojtowicz was eight months pregnant when she was sentenced in October of 2015.
