Boccieri ousts Manning for Ohio House 59th District

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – Incumbent Democrat John Boccieri defeated Republican Don Manning for the Ohio House 59th District with a 58 percent vote.

Boccieri took the chair in September 2015 after Ron Gerberry resigned. He is a former member of the House of Representatives.

Manning, from New Middletown, is currently employed at the Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center as a Group Leader. He’s also certified as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Facilitator.
